“Today I had a service agent by the name of Bill A. He was professional, informative, patient and explained everything to me as he was doing it. He didn't try to sell me anything. At one point I was a little frustrated about a miscommunication regarding the warranty, but he kept his cool and was patient while we both made calls to gather all pertinent information to complete the transaction. He left the space cleaner than when he found it. I truly cannot say enough good about this man. He is amazing. Him being a representative of this company gives them a better name. He took the time to explain how to flush our water heater and a schedule to do so. I wish all service agents were as kind and patient as he was. “Outstanding company ,they took the time to understand my problem on a Friday evening. SHAWN made an extra effort to get a part from Whirlpool the maker of my water heater. he ordered it, because it was not available in town, and had it on a truck for MARK to install Monday morning so we would have hot water the other plumbing company would not research and order a part till Monday and then schedule an appointment when they received the part. even though I told them we had no hot water. I will never use another plumbing company other than Sound Plumbing again they will have my business for life.”

“I woke up Tuesday morning and discovered that my hot water heater was broken. I called Sound Heating and Plumbing at 7:30AM and a tech walked me through how to turn off the water and gas lines. They arranged for a tech to come that afternoon and replace my heater - they had taken care of the warranty and everything! The service was quick and efficient, and definitely painless. By 4PM I had a brand new hot water heater and they were cleaned up and gone. I am extremely happy with the service and will definitely call them again if and when I need someone.”
