Plumbing Estimator/Project Manager

Job Requirements

  • Five years of Commercial Plumbing estimating experience, estimating software experience preferable
  • Read blueprints, CAD experience
  • Overall knowledge of the plumbing industry
  • Takeoffs
  • Value Engineering
  • Conceptual budgets
  • Purchase and change orders
  • Basic computer knowledge of applicable software
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
