Plumbing Estimator/Project Manager

Job Requirements

Five years of Commercial Plumbing estimating experience, estimating software experience preferable
Read blueprints, CAD experience
Overall knowledge of the plumbing industry
Takeoffs
Value Engineering
Conceptual budgets
Purchase and change orders
Basic computer knowledge of applicable software
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
