Jeffrey replaced a toilet in one of our rental units and I really appreciated that he made extra effort to check all the plumbing in the entire unit. He actually found our water heater to be out of code and was able to get it updated. The office staff are all very friendly and professional. “Excellent company!!! I called numerous companies all at once to see who responded, when they responded, how the front office responded and how the actual work was done. The office person was beyond excellent. I explained what type of toilet was having an issue. She asked me to send her the make and model of the toilet and thank goodness since it required a specific part that that's not the typical part. Due to her ability to deduce what was needed, a second day didn't have to be scheduled. Wow! They made it to my speed dial and not everyone makes it there!”
