“Excellent company!!! I called numerous companies all at once to see who responded, when they responded, how the front office responded and how the actual work was done. The office person was beyond excellent. I explained what type of toilet was having an issue. She asked me to send her the make and model of the toilet and thank goodness since it required a specific part that that's not the typical part. Due to her ability to deduce what was needed, a second day didn't have to be scheduled. Wow! They made it to my speed dial and not everyone makes it there!”

No matter how difficult or frustrating a job might be - he stays positive and works until he finds a solution. The office is organized and friendly and also help make scheduling repairs easy for me.
