“I woke up Tuesday morning and discovered that my hot water heater was broken. I called Sound Heating and Plumbing at 7:30AM and a tech walked me through how to turn off the water and gas lines. They arranged for a tech to come that afternoon and replace my heater - they had taken care of the warranty and everything! The service was quick and efficient, and definitely painless. By 4PM I had a brand new hot water heater and they were cleaned up and gone. I am extremely happy with the service and will definitely call them again if and when I need someone.”

“Excellent company!!! I called numerous companies all at once to see who responded, when they responded, how the front office responded and how the actual work was done. The office person was beyond excellent. I explained what type of toilet was having an issue. She asked me to send her the make and model of the toilet and thank goodness since it required a specific part that that's not the typical part. Due to her ability to deduce what was needed, a second day didn't have to be scheduled. Wow! They made it to my speed dial and not everyone makes it there!”

“We use Sound Plumbing for all of our rental condos and also for our own home. They are always extremely professional and honest. Mark installed a reverse osmosis system in one of our high rise units and was very friendly and helpful. He was very patient to explain the system to everyone in our house and make sure we were all comfortable before installing. Jeffrey replaced a toilet in one of our rental units and I really appreciated that he made extra effort to check all the plumbing in the entire unit. He actually found our water heater to be out of code and was able to get it updated. The office staff are all very friendly and professional. They always try to expedite any emergencies, often sending someone out the same day. I highly recommend this company as all of their employees hold the same level of care of professionalism. It is very hard to find honest and reliable vendors in town, so I very much appreciate when I have one that is so great!”
