He was very patient to explain the system to everyone in our house and make sure we were all comfortable before installing. Jeffrey replaced a toilet in one of our rental units and I really appreciated that he made extra effort to check all the plumbing in the entire unit. He actually found our water heater to be out of code and was able to get it updated. The office staff are all very friendly and professional.
