“We use Sound Plumbing for all of our rental condos and also for our own home. They are always extremely professional and honest. Mark installed a reverse osmosis system in one of our high rise units and was very friendly and helpful. He was very patient to explain the system to everyone in our house and make sure we were all comfortable before installing. Jeffrey replaced a toilet in one of our rental units and I really appreciated that he made extra effort to check all the plumbing in the entire unit. He actually found our water heater to be out of code and was able to get it updated. The office staff are all very friendly and professional. They always try to expedite any emergencies, often sending someone out the same day. I highly recommend this company as all of their employees hold the same level of care of professionalism. It is very hard to find honest and reliable vendors in town, so I very much appreciate when I have one that is so great!”

“Outstanding company ,they took the time to understand my problem on a Friday evening. SHAWN made an extra effort to get a part from Whirlpool the maker of my water heater. he ordered it, because it was not available in town, and had it on a truck for MARK to install Monday morning so we would have hot water the other plumbing company would not research and order a part till Monday and then schedule an appointment when they received the part. even though I told them we had no hot water. I will never use another plumbing company other than Sound Plumbing again they will have my business for life.”
